Checkout Policy
- Students in grades 1 - 5 check out books from our library.
- 1st graders check out 1 book per visit (beginning in late September). They have a special bookbag which helps keep books safe and helps us at checkout time.
- Books should be returned each week when your child visits the library.
- 2nd - 5th graders may have 2 books check out (3 if involved in a special project). Knowing their student number helps checkout run smoothly. Students should bring books with them each Library class.
It's unfortunate when books are lost or damaged. Talk with Mr. Zwickle, and we can work out payment for the book(s). They are considered checked-out to a student until payment is made.
